Sadness turns to hate. Hate turns to anger. Anger turns to sadness. We always end up back to where we were.

Usually my sadness turns to anger, my grief turns to anger, my mourning turns to anger, my fear turns to anger. I usually just use anger to replace other negative emotions because when I'm angry, at least I feel confident and tough.

That's the reason as to why wise people always say; 'be satisfied and happy with what you have'...☺

Always keep smiling and try to see humour at every step of life...☺

This is far more profound than than simple words would indicate

to deep for me at 07 45 am. i will think about it on my run.

Hopefully we grow from it and find peace and resolution.
