@ProdigalSummer I get that, most of my rentals had the same and was part of the charm--except when running the micro and the dryer at same time.
You wont foot the bill at replacement at least--which isn't cheap!

@SethGreene531 only the hot water heater is on it. The rest of the house is on an updated panel. Its fine as long as we don't try to run the washer, dishwasher and shower simultaneously.

@ProdigalSummer That makes sense. I've yet to switch to electric, it's all gas. But the dryer stove/AC combo used to do it.
The old box was from the 40's and back fed mains current through the electric stove, dimming the lights as I turned my soup up and down.🚒
