What helps you experience a deep, satisfying sleep?

Chamomile tea? Soothing music? Menthol chest rub? A shot of alcohol?

Hot bath an hour or two before and add a couple hand fulls of Epsom salts into the bath water, at least 30 minutes soak. Drink a hot cup of Sleepytime or chamomile or lemon verbena tea with a spoonful of honey in it. Lay down with a book or something till you get drowsy and sleep.
