How do you forgive yourself?

I made some bad decisions in HS, and hurt the people I care about. They've forgiven me - but I can't seem to forgive myself. It haunts me, and no matter how much I try to tell myself I'm not a bad person - I always end up feeling that way.

We've all made bad decisions. We're human. If those that you hurt can forgive you, then they understand that. Being hard on yourself means that you have a kind heart, making you a good person 😃
