No. Any resiliencey you again is matched by the internal fucked upness you have to deal with.

Imagine the incredible things the oppressed people who survive and manage to come above their oppression could achieve if they didn't have all those obstacles and attempts to take them down to deal with.

Strength is in all of us. Pain is not a gift. We do not need it to realise our strength or who we are.
