My boss drives me insane

He is bad at every aspect of his job, is lazy and tries to get me to do his work for him, and I'm more qualified to do his job than he is. I don't know how much more I can take. Just venting.

Here's a perfect example: we had a private conference call between the two of us this morning. He called me again just now and literally tried to have the same conference with me as if the first one never occurred. Why???????????????????????

There was just a study reported that said something like 45% of people would forgo a substantial raise at work, just to be able to fire their boss.

So it seems alteast half the country has a crappy boss :(

Exactly. If someone two levels below me has the balls to step up, I might consider them for a more stressful position. You and I should start a company lol.
