Are other people getting increasingly annoyed with other humans?

Or is it just me?

The older I get, the less people I want around me it seems. And the less I feel like interacting with people - mostly at work. When I make plans with people after work, I usually feel like cancelling (but I don’t cancel).

I’m just curious as to if this is normal, or if I’m really becoming old and grumpy at the age of 26 LOL
There's a much stronger drive to be social when young, especially during the phase of hunting for a life partner.

But all of us vary on the spectrum from introvert to extrovert - and it's possible to change, becoming more or less outgoing. This is neither good nor bad; it's just a matter of personal needs.

Even so, it might be worth thinking about what's going on.
Are you just tired at the end of the working day?
How's your diet, exercise and sleep?
Is there stress at work? Do you like the job?
Do you like your workmates?
Or do you feel it's a duty to be friendly for the sake of good work relationships?

Only on here they find me grumpy and don't want to be around me. In person however I have found I attract people like flies and they stick to me like boogers. No idea why this happens.
