But all of us vary on the spectrum from introvert to extrovert - and it's possible to change, becoming more or less outgoing. This is neither good nor bad; it's just a matter of personal needs.
Even so, it might be worth thinking about what's going on.
Are you just tired at the end of the working day?
How's your diet, exercise and sleep?
Is there stress at work? Do you like the job?
Do you like your workmates?
Or do you feel it's a duty to be friendly for the sake of good work relationships?

Only on here they find me grumpy and don't want to be around me. In person however I have found I attract people like flies and they stick to me like boogers. No idea why this happens.
