Anyone know any ways to get over fears fast?

I think thinner heels look better than my usual block heels, but the decrease in stability paired with my stupid phobia or whatever of dislocating my patella again makes me a twitchy mess just thinking about the possibility of stumbling.

Since the fear isn't all that unfounded, I can't force myself to stumble until it no longer registers as a threat... But I really feel like I'm wasting potential here.

I would start off with a small heel first , I got used to mine by walking around the house first in them and doing small chores , before I tried to do anything else in them, once you get used to that try taking them outside, I found thicker heels give you abit more balance but it depends on how you feel comfortable. Block ones seem to give you more balance like a small block not too high at first. My mum always told me practice was walking heel to toe to gain balance.
