Anyone know any ways to get over fears fast?

I think thinner heels look better than my usual block heels, but the decrease in stability paired with my stupid phobia or whatever of dislocating my patella again makes me a twitchy mess just thinking about the possibility of stumbling.

Since the fear isn't all that unfounded, I can't force myself to stumble until it no longer registers as a threat... But I really feel like I'm wasting potential here.

I advice you to get a big (40 cm thick) mattress and then just make yourself stumble and fall over and over (if it's safe for your health). You could find huge ones of these at a gymnastic training area.
