annoying people

so I at library and there is this lady totally making out with her kid. you know like poor 3 year old that thinks its fun. kissing him and cooing at him and making that exaggerated mmmmahhh sound after kissing him. and I look at her like quit it ugly fat lady and she does it one last time and you can see a spit trail stretching from his cheek to her lips a long line of spit. why is it or how is it that they don't know or care how annoying they are. and those people that block the whole isle when shopping and crap. what can you do about it?😬
