Why don't you count them and report back to us?

@RedBaron i am working on it.

Have you contacted your local suicide line?
Genieinabottle · 51-55, M
@Keepitsimple so here is what i think about that. No, and to what end? They are going to call the police and send them to my house (which i have had happen after confiding in someone) and baker act me. LOCK ME UP FOR MY OWN GOOD.??? That sucks - they pulled me out of work to do that. Shockingly, i was pressuredd to leave for no specific reason afterward. The idea someone might be dangerous to themselves is NOT the same as the idea they may be on the verge of an active shooter incident but once you are locked down for mental issues people - especially in the workplace fear and stigmatise you.

I believe life doesn't suck or rock... it's the person living it does.

Life is deliciously painful.

No matter how dark you may feel now, even the worst of days do pass.
Please reach out to a suicide line to start and then to a regular doctor that can refer you if need be.
There are really good treatments for depression, no matter how bad it feels right now.
