I have lied rather than hurt someone’s feelings. Times when I get home and the haircut is actually crappy once I take a good look at it, closer to the next appointment date, I call and say I won’t be in town, and will call to rebook. Yeah, I’ve done that....

It is a choice, but to get out of trouble and not be judged are biggies that I think most can relate to.
