i am intensely affected by every little thing my partners do, and i let it manifest in resentment and self hatred and self punishment which damages my relationships

I sometimes hate myself so much that it ruins any chance of me connecting with my fellow human.

I'd have to say "I'm incapable of lying". Can't think of a worse trait lol

i'm very nice to people which makes them think they are developing something with me but really i am as friendly with friends or strangers, i confide in absolutely anyone who happens to be in front of me when i need to get something off my chest. i can see someone every day for years and over night change my habits and stop seeing them. my ability to create deep lasting relationship is pretty bad and people who invest energy in becoming close to because i seem so kind and warm discover that i am just a nice person with little attachment to specific people. this is why i like being here, i can just say what i want to say to whoever feels like reading it or respond to it

I tell people if they need someone to talk to I'm here, but in reality it was me that needed someone to talk too...

My self esteem is so low I’m incapable of making myself feel happy directly
I only feel happy by making others happy
So I’m a people pleaser to an excessive degree and when I feel I did something wrong, it breaks something in me

I struggle to appropriately express myself when I feel someone I care about has been disrespected. I can take things further than is smart.
