How do I talk to a girl Iv never spoke to before

Well she is related to my ex . So I don’t want my ex thinking I’m trying to get back at her or anything . How do I speak to her without seeming creepy lol I can’t speak to her on social media as she has on her Instagram bio that she doesn’t accept requests from people she don’t know . I can only speak in person but I hardly see her. Any advice anyone

Well, find out where she hangs out and just "happen to be in the neighborhood". 😄 If that seems too creepy sounding, wait till she goes to the grocery store and happen to see her there, since you're supposedly shopping anyway, but don't forget to grab a cart and throw a few things in, in your excitement. 😂
