How do you deal with disagreements and conflicts?

Irl I try to avoid that, but if there are any, resolve.

I prefer to resolve them, otherwise they can fester and create bigger issues.

I avoid all people who are conflict driven and disagreeable.

Avoid them at all costs. They either make me angry which feels like poison of they make me panic.

i avoid conflict as much as possible, but not in personal relationships. with those i like to meet in the middle as soon as possible.

If it’s between a partner and I, I have at it like a dog with a bone to pick. Everyone else, I avoid them at all costs

I avoid anyone that looks for a punching bag for their rage. I am real good at cutting off anyone that crosses a line.

With bitchy comments,beat them with logic and sound arguments,bitchslaps work great.I have a sharp tongue and very long sharp fingernails I'm ready and willing to use.Confrontation has never bothered me.I have made people cry.
