Do you know how hard it is getting up every day and adulting when all you want is to end it?

@Flenflyys wanting to die. It's a real killjoy. I don't want to die because if some thing in my life. More like it hurts to be alive. People cannot see.me suffer. Or they don't understand or they don't care. I think my wife lacks understanding. My son just cannot see it. 😔

If they could see & understand I don't honestly know if that would make it easier to end it or easier to go on.
