Cut, without discrimination, all foreign programs, intakes and policies, except economic relations on favourable terms. Put the savings into suitably targeted social welfare programs for citizens. Cut military-industrial expenditure by 50 percent. Cut elite diplomatic, security, secret service type expenditures and allowances likewise. Cease all public relations expenditure and issue the electorate a weekly audited progress report.
