My kitties, they always make me smile!

last night the oldest of the last batch of baby parakeets jumped out of his nesting box and down onto the floor of the cage, made a loud thump as he landed because it's a tall cage. I went over and picked him up and he didn't squawk so I held him and ended up sitting in the recliner with him wrapped up in the bottom of my t-shirt for over a half-hour, believe that little bird wanted to sleep that way for the night but ended up putting back in his box.
He was up this morning sitting perched in the hole of his box looking around.
