@User41 i feel like we are in isolation or denial. When the time comes and our country needs us (again) we will be fragmented and lack communication. There needs to be national ops III guidance. But by what means? Cb radio? Cell phones will all be down, land lines larrgely dont exist any longer. Walkie talkies and ham radios are limited in use. What will it be?

It allows communication through the app.
An they do it with the latest VPN.
It’s hard to track. An requires nothing but a cell phone.
The only more secure way is word of mouth.
