Leave your house wide open...do you?

recently i was chatting with a group of friends at my kids school. we got on to the subject of locking the house up when we left....i mentioned that I never did, that all the windows were open and the front door wide open when we went out day or night...we live in a really safe part of town.
Just wondered about anyone else?

@DayDreaming2 haha...sounds like us, wouldnt even know where the front door key was....wer'e terrible, just walk out, leave the TV's on , music on....im sure people think there is someone at home!

@steffybarefootmum I honestly don’t remember which key on my key ring is for the house. My parents didn’t lock their door either. It’s a very safe town.

@DayDreaming2 yeah we're in suburban Auckland, New Zealand, perfectly safe....have always left the house open. we have alot of outside lighting and house lights that come on automatically in the afternoon, so people probably think we're home
