I Have Praise for President Trump!

The president is expected to or perhaps has now signed the PACT Act today, a bill that makes intentional cruelty towards certain animals a federal felony. The bill passed with bipartisan support in the House last month, and the Senate on Nov. 3rd.

I am sorry to say this, but, given his attempts to roll back many environmental protects, I wonder why he favors this while he wants to allow industry to dump poisons into the water and poison animals and humans? How does it benefit his personal wealth.

I sit on several environmental and climate committed nationally and on my state. He will be ultimately responsible for the extinction of many species!

@samueltyler2 I am sadly aware of Trump's abysmal environmental actions, including those towards the protection of and treatment of wildlife. I would add to that his attempts to...and success in pushing for further destruction in our few remaining 'protected' wild places.

I'm giving him credit and "praise" for signing this long obstructed bill. I had been wondering if he would be influenced to [b]not[/b] do it.

@samueltyler2 Yeah, he was scheduled to sign it around the time I submitted the post. He signed it.
