I Have Praise for President Trump!

The president is expected to or perhaps has now signed the PACT Act today, a bill that makes intentional cruelty towards certain animals a federal felony. The bill passed with bipartisan support in the House last month, and the Senate on Nov. 3rd.

Conservative talk show host Michael Savage has been pushing this for a while, and someone on Trump’s staff passes this along to him. Savage is also to blame for pushing the “Hunter Biden is a crook” theory that led to Trump’s call with Zelensky and ultimately his impeachment.
@LeopoldBloom the Biden’s are crooks.. along with the entire obama admin and Hillary state department.

😎👍good luck loser
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Trump is the biggest crook of all, and stupid, too - he’s the only one who got caught!

@LeopoldBloom I did not know, that Michael Savage had been pushing this bill. That would be because I do not listen to, read about or ever even hear much about what he is saying. If he did have a part in Trump deciding to go ahead and sign it, I'm just glad that he did sign it. Interesting, though.

What I DO know, is that it is two "Reps." from my state, who re-introduced the bill earlier this year, after it had been blocked at least twice before by a Republican who was House Judiciary Committee chairman.
@Piper Savage is an atypical conservative in that he is big on animal rights and has a low opinion of hunters.

I listen to Savage occasionally because in most areas, he is very dialed in to conservative trends.

@LeopoldBloom I see. So is the conservative and Republican who is one of the two Florida congressmen who reintroduced this bill, earlier this year; Vern Buchanan. He also cares about environmental issues, to some extent.

I'd have to agree about that being atypical for Republicans, in general.
