I Have Praise for President Trump!

The president is expected to or perhaps has now signed the PACT Act today, a bill that makes intentional cruelty towards certain animals a federal felony. The bill passed with bipartisan support in the House last month, and the Senate on Nov. 3rd.

@hunkalove I'm giving him credit for [i]signing[/i] it, IF he has. Haven't been able to confirm that, yet. He had nothing to do with any part of the bill, except for that.
