Advice on debt plz help

Iv accumulated upto about 3k debt from payday loans and credit cards and I seriously don’t know what to do as my bank balance right now is literally zero and I’m on universal credit but not been paid yet as Iv just signed up .

Don’t know what to do honestly having suicidal thoughts

Pack a lunch, don't buy cigs or beer, skip the lotto tiks too. look for a second job or try to pick up an extra shift. holiday season, lots of package companies hire extra help. make a plan, make a budget, stick to it! keep a log of everything you spend every day.
