Can someone's negative/toxic attitude make someone dislike you?
Weather that person they dislike is a good person, can the negative one hate on them for no particular reason ?

Not unless you have no will of your own. I have been warned off people by other negative people, and later found those they tried to make me dislike to be good friends. The toxicty does sap your energy if you CHOOSE to hang around it.
