Sitter who works for me regularly said she needed to know if she would be needed to work on the 12th November. I said 'Is there a particular reason?' And she looked annoyed and said she just needed to know. Why? 😕

I get it but she needs to understand too that depending on what she has to do that day determines if you'll decide you can be compromising
