If you can see your neighbor's door is open, why not go over there and yell?

"Yoo hooo! Everyone okay? Your door has been open for hours?"
THEN if there's no response, you call cops!

But at least the call was to the non emergency line as a concerned person worried about neighbors.

This was supposed to be just a Welfare Check!
