What's Something You're Currently Trying to Change About Yourself?

And how are you working to achieve that change?

I'm trying to combat depression and anxiety. I don't want to feel nervous walking down the street or being away from home. And I don't want to feel so depressed that I don't want to do anything. I'm trying to bring about change with therapy and medication, but it's tough finding the right combo. I'm keeping on, though.

@SW-User That's wonderful! I can't do meditation, myself. I have ADHD, so blanking my mind is next to impossible 😂 Writing can be so cathartic.
