What's Something You're Currently Trying to Change About Yourself?

And how are you working to achieve that change?

I'm trying to combat depression and anxiety. I don't want to feel nervous walking down the street or being away from home. And I don't want to feel so depressed that I don't want to do anything. I'm trying to bring about change with therapy and medication, but it's tough finding the right combo. I'm keeping on, though.

I have seasonal depression this time of year and my self esteem is particularly bad. I'm working on feeling better about myself and that helps my depression
@SW-User Seasonal depression's a bitch. I'm also trying to love myself a little more! Bad self esteem is such a huge hurdle >_<
