Good for you!!!! I've been through that and know how rough it is!
I am working on losing weight, exercising and eating healthy. I've lost 27 lbs since June 26th and I feel great. I limit my caloric intake and increase my activity level to lose the weight.

@SW-User That's wonderful! That's the next fish I want to fry >:D Hopefully once I beat the depression, I'll want to at least walk around more. Lots of walking to be done in the city. Way to go!
