I can´t say the exactly year when our house was built because some hundred years ago there was a big fire in my town where the building documents were burnt, but my house was probably built between 1480 and 1530. It is one of the oldest houses in my town. 🙂

@monte3 Not really modern. It was originally a two room built in the middle of 200 acres. Rooms and utilities were built as they were needed. It’s an oldie but an almost goodie.

Our daughter and son in law live in a 1917. Home so much character! And dark wood. @Nunlover
