Am I sappy or is this beautiful?

I go to a toddler club with my sister to help her out (She is a childminder). We know of another childminder who looks after a 3 year old who has speech delay and possible autism.
This week, there was a new lady there, a helper. She seemed to have a sixth sense about this child and went over to him. He took her hand and they spent some time interacting. It was truly lovely to see. At the end the little boy went up to the lady again and held her hand wanting to continue their game. He was asked if he liked her and he smiled happily and squeezed her hand.
I had tears in my eyes and I noticed a few of the other moms did too. They just seems to be this instant connection. So am I just a sappy woman or do you agree this was beautiful?

A rare and beautiful moment.
Those people who have high perception qualities are so beneficial to the children, bringing them happy times and understanding.
The child is so lucky to have this lady in his presence🙂

@Jenni855 I would have cried viewing the interaction.
Not sappy at all, A loving, beautiful interaction which you were lucky to witness.
You will witness the child smile more and more.
Someone needs to talk to Management and point out to her that this woman is very valuable and to do all they can to retain her.
Full time position/Higher hourly rate?

Yes, good idea, I will have to write in about her. She is precious and I don't say that about many people.
