Is it just me or is 'food' not implied by menu?

And you only need a qualifier for nonfood menus?

From a graphic design perspective, having the word "Menu" alone in that space would look odd. I suspect "Food" was added to pad out the space.

@DunningKruger that kinda makes the most sense, although I think you could go without anything. I cant imagine many people getting po'd and confused... why are you giving me this tiny, laminated book!? I'm hungry! I dont want to read...
