Do you avoid things that make you feel uncomfortable or do you meet them head on?

I’ve just promised myself that I’m gonna quit the avoiding thing.

But, forty years of this could be a very hard habit to break 😂

I’m somewhere in the middle.

I often avoid things that are going to make me work around someone who’s an idiot but I can’t tell that person about life’s realities.

But, once I’m in it, I’m ok with discomfort. When I need a resolution, I find a way...
