18 is old enough to die, right?

There is too much to deal with and I can't physically handle it. 18 and I'm permanently burnt out.
I wish i could say it gets better. It didnt for me. It got increasingly complex & frustrating.

technically you can but i wouldn't recommend it

with all due respect, you'd be throwing away maybe 80% of your life based on the first 20%. i'm not trying to invalidate your feelings, i'm sure you have very good reasons for being so distressed and i'm sorry about that. i had a friend that committed suicide at 18. i would do anything to trade places with him. he had so much potential.

It would seem a waste to a great many of us because a life is potentially so much longer than 18yrs and so much can change for the better. It's your life though and nobody can live it for you, nor can they have walked in your shoes.

Yes, but I hope things turn out better or really great for you, soon if not immediately.

@IHateMyLife0MeDie Thank you. Most people think I'm being dramatic.

It gets easier after 18. Sometime after 50 it gets real simple. Which happens to be when your kids leave home, but I am sure that’s a coincidence 😊.
In all seriousness it does get better.

@monte3 Not when you have a shitty therapist.

Please get another therapist! Life is short and therapists are plentiful.

@monte3 I don't really know how. When I started seeing her, my parents set it up.

@fluteacorn edgy teenager girls hehe

But I can relate to what you say though.
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@midnightsun Anytime I even BEGIN to think I'm getting a tiny bit better, it is basically 1 step forward, 5 steps back.

@fluteacorn I understand.

I wish I can help you ..walking you through the steps but I don't know you

Eat some fruit, bask in the sunlight if you can. It can help to start noticing ways that you can start nourishing yourself to help ease outer/inner turmoil
