@Thelonewolf1993 My Dad is full blooded Norse Scandinavian born in Iceland and lived there until a teen. He’s 6’5” (195 cms.) and 220 lbs (100 kilos) of pure muscle from cattle ranching. He has the Viking beard and definitely looks the part.

@DarkHeaven I'm 6'6 285 currently dont have a beard though lol
@Thelonewolf1993 My Dad might be more like 240 or 250 now. He’s retired and not as lean as before.
@Thelonewolf1993 Ranch work is hard work and kept him pretty lean.
