What is American cuisine anyway?
Can you live on American food alone? American food is so boring. Imagine if there was no Filipino or Japanese or Chinese or Korean or Mexican or Italian or whatever else kine food? Boring!

@MarmeeMarch I guess traditional Japanese sushi is wrapped in Nori whereas Americans don’t care for seaweed so they eliminated it. So it’s just rice stuffed with unagi or something.

@SimplyTracie for some reason I cant eat just the fish without a rice ball under it. I have spent many many years learning how to do it - I even make my own rice.

@MarmeeMarch Yeah lotsa people don’t like just raw fish but I think it is because they haven’t had it with the right sauce.
