What do I do with the rest of my life?

I have about 8 months to live, I'm completely broke, my family and friends live across the country, and I have no significant other.. I'm getting weaker every day, and I can't drive or go anywhere by myself. What the heck am I supposed to do?!?!

@SW-User when I try to even talk to them, they're just too busy for me. And I haven't told most of my loved ones because I don't want to upset them.

@Jesusfan1999 you should tell them. It would be 39 times worse if you don't tell them and they couldn't be there for you.

I've damn well been there. And I won't forget the call when grandma told me... I miss her.
