What were you doing in 1987?

I was thinking back to that year when I turned 10. Things seemed so much more simple.

I graduated college that year. I was seriously burned out from school and personal problems. Being unable to find a decent full-time job after graduation made things worse. Eventually, though, I managed to get by well enough, and the last third of the year was OK.
