Over thinking/Worrying

I'm going through a rough patch. I worry constantly and look sad all the time. Because I am. I worry about things that are out of my control. I do know this is fruitless but knowing that doesn't stop me or make me happy again. What are your top 3 suggestions to ease a troubled mind?

any type of physical exercise can help, meditation, and pizza. Pizza helps everything haha.
