Over thinking/Worrying

I'm going through a rough patch. I worry constantly and look sad all the time. Because I am. I worry about things that are out of my control. I do know this is fruitless but knowing that doesn't stop me or make me happy again. What are your top 3 suggestions to ease a troubled mind?

Thanks for the suggestions. Physical activity of some sort seems to be a popular suggestion. I will try it. Why not. It can't hurt and maybe just maybe I'll find some peace if only for a short time. Yolo and I want to be happy. I just need to reboot or something!
