Would this world be without evil if it wasn't for Adam and Eve?
The serpent came and tempted them. All they had to do was say no but they gave in to temptation.

I've thought about that too in the past, and let's think of it this way. Shortly after God created Adam and Eve, the serpent came along which means that evil was already lurking somewhere. If he didn't tempt Adam and Eve, he would have tempted someone else. It would only have been a matter of time.
If that never happened, Jesus and his disciples would have had no reason to go and preach the Gospel and lay hands on the sick, and Jesus would have had no reason to shed his blood for us on the cross so we can be saved.
