Would this world be without evil if it wasn't for Adam and Eve?

The serpent came and tempted them. All they had to do was say no but they gave in to temptation.

Interesting hypothesis, but we'll never know. I tend to think that if they didn't screw things up, someone else would have. But then if they didn't sin, there would be at least two perfect people who did not need redemption...
