What are some of life's simple pleasures you enjoy?

A child’s laughter.
Time spent with family and friends.
The sound of the rain as I drift off to sleep.

Crunchy snow under my boots.
Scented candles.
Cooking for those I love

Watching the birds frolic in my birdbath and the smell of freshly mowed grass.

When it’s raining and I am driving at night and see the reflection of traffic lights on the wet pavement, so many beautiful color stretching for as long as a block away.

The smell of a cool summer's morning

Birdsong and breathing in sea air

The Sun and heat

Sun, laughter, nature, being around water, coffee, chocolate ice cream, hugs, sharing time with someone special, human touch, talking to someone special on the phone.

The rush I get from popping a Communist's cap.

Watching the sky change colors during a sunset.

the calm of dusk, out door dining with a friend and burning star wars toys.

Sitting on the banks of a slow moving river letting the world go by without me.

Quiet in the morning while drinking a hot cup of tea.
