What would you say to your child?

If he said to his sitter "Sometimes I think you just pretend to have a bad belly (She has crohns) so you can get out of doing stuff with me." Then when she explained she couldn't skip home like he had asked he said "I don't want to hear about crohns as it makes me think of my bad belly that I once had so please don't talk about it anymore."
