Can u tell me what was the last thing that you ate ?

Ham, chicken, mashed potatoes green bean casserole, cheese noodle pie, crescent roll with butter, salad, apple pie with vanilla ice cream and about 10 pieces of chocolate at the last family get together for the holidays yesterday.

Tomorrow I’m making a donation to the gym and at least joining it.

Only coffee has touched my palate this morning. ☕️

Yesterday evening I enjoyed a few bacon wrapped shrimp with Spanish rice..

So far I've had a bowl of Special K with fruit.

Ham and cheese omelet, bran muffin, half a banana, and lots and lots of black coffee.

I just finished a two-egg omelet with ham, American cheese, and salsa. Pretty tasty!

I swallowed an MDMA cap, that’s the last thing that landed in my stomach since lunch.

I've had two cups of coffee today, so far.

A string cheese stick.

Breakfast, scrambled eggs with diced peameal bacon and cheese melted over top. Orange juice to drink.

An egg, 2strips bacon, one pancake and coffee.
