Oh my... I'm envious of you! I grew up in Seattle, and was planning to retire back to the Northwest this past summer... but it's not to happen now. What part of Seattle? Have you spent much time there yet? There is a LOT to see and do... and many great restaurants. Seattle is really the place that is "home" for me...

@ms20182878 I’ve visited a few times. They flew me out twice and gave me a tour of the city. I’ll be living in the hotel I’ll be working at temporarily until I find my own place. Tell me a restaurant I have to try once I get there.

@Lindaisfun If you like seafood, there are many great restaurants down on the waterfront around Elliot Bay. I like Salty's, Duke's, or Anthony's, but there are plenty of other great places. For pizza, one of my favorites is Pegasus, out on Alki. For breakfast, check out the Portage Bay Café. If you like to wander the streets and menu-shop, there are several restaurant districts: Ballard and Broadway are a couple to check out as a start.
