What’s something people don’t worry about but really should?

I think many people do not worry about their retirement. To a lot of people it seems so far away.
I remember when I got my first paycheck in 1977 it had my retirement date on it. 2027. So far into the future that I could not comprehend how long a time that was. Should have started saving then though.
