Why do I get angry when there's nothing to even be angry about?

I get randomly angry, for no particular reason. It just seems to come out of nowhere. My anger is particularly at it's worst when I'm alone. I mean literally, I could just be sitting there and suddenly get an angry thought.

I am not saying this to be funny or make light of the situation and have considered you need medication? I am on medication and it has bone wonders for my aggression and anger. Of course the flipside of that is i feel like the medication has stolen my soul and left me hollow. So there is that. But, its easier to live as a part of society as a soulless hollow person than angry all the time. Holy shit, thats why! I am afraid all the time about everything and i bet it has to do with the meds i am on for depression and anger. Fuck.

@Genieinabottle I don't think I'm bipolar. I'm pretty sure I'm depressed to some extent. But hey...who isn't these days. I've taken those medications before when I was younger. Never again.

@StrangeLife94 depression is no joke. Neither is bipolar. Both require treatment. Medication is necessary - you cannot decide to be normal fucntioning anymore that someone with an infection can decide to be healed. Your brain needs balancing. Depression can kill you, literally.
