Which is best, coffee or tea?

Let's sort this out once after all. I can't figure it out. I would very interested to hear from people who only drink coffee OR tea. Why don't you drink both?

@SW-User can you remember why you quit? Or was it simply that you didn't like the taste of coffee as much as you like tea?

@Jm31xxx I was pregnant with my daughter, obviously I didn't drink caffeine at all, but I never enjoyed coffee since then

@SW-User oh wow, I knew alcohol and tobacco could harm an unborn baby but I didn't know about coffee. Am now frantically trying to remember if I ever offered a pregnant lady coffee before!

@Jm31xxx yes, there are quite a lot of things you're not supposed to eat or drink. Shellfish is another... Anyway if you do drink tea/coffee when pregnant it does give you headache and makes you nauseated.. I learned this in early pregnancy
